As an agent yourself, you know that referring your clients to someone is a direct reflection on the quality of your service.

When you refer a client to me it is my pledge that they will be treated with the utmost integrity, honesty, and respect - I give you my word. In fact - if you refer a client to me, and if, upon completion of that transaction, they are not completely satisfied with my service I will donate a portion of my earned commission* to the client's charity of choice.

I rely on you to provide me:

  • clients whom are ready and willing to be referred
  • an adequate understanding of the client's situation and perceived needs
  • the opportunity to talk with the client about how to prioritize these needs and what options exist to help address them
  • promise of a working relationship with you, their referring agent, who can provide useful information

My pledge to you:

  • personal contact with the clients, within 24 hours of your referral
  • my standard 25% referral fee, paid upon completion of a transaction
  • communication/correspondence in both official languages (English and French)
  • weekly follow up communications regarding progress and developments
