Buyer Consultation Meeting
- We will schedule a meeting at a convenient location for you, whether it be at my office, or even at your home!
- We will discuss your criteria in your home search, and complete my 10 steps to buyers success program., concentrating on neighbourhoods that meet your needs, and that provide homes that fit your criteria.
- Explain further how Buyer Agency works and answer any questions you may have.
- Discuss pre qualification by a lending institution. Make sure that you are in touch with the proper contacts along the way.
The Hunt is On
- You have become one of my exclusive clients. From there, my job is to guide you along in your purchase process and provide you will all of the information needed to make an informed decision about the purchase of your home.
- We will keep you informed on a daily basis of any new listings that may fit your criteria. Throughout my network of contacts, I can assure you that in many cases, you will be one of the first consumers to see properties when they are new to the market.
The Offer
- I will ensure that you fully understand the workings of a good offer, and ensure that it is structured in your best interests, and fill in the blanks for you on how the process works.
- I will further explain any additional clauses that may need to be inserted into an offer based on your unique situation.
You Have Conditionally Purchased a home
Once accepted, the offer constitutes a conditional agreement. During the conditional period, it is my duty to do the following:
- Ensure that all documentation is sent to the proper contacts and locations including lawyers, property management companies, lending institutions etc.
- Recommend useful contacts such as Certified Home Inspectors, Reliable Contractors and consumer oriented lawyers.
- Assist you in the choice of a certified home inspection and, if needed, recommend several real estate lawyers.
- Finally carefully monitor the process ensuring that specific deadlines are met, and that the offer remains legally binding.
It's sold!
